    Spanish government pressing Cuba over imprisoned man

    The Spanish government is raising the profile of the case of a Spanish
    hotel chain executive who was arrested in July 2010 upon arrival at the
    Havana airport, two years after he produced a TV documentary about youth
    prostitution in Havana as a freelancer.

    Ten months after his arrest, Sebatián Martínez Ferraté has yet to hear
    what he is accused of, according to Spanish officials. In a press
    conference in Madrid, Spain's Foreign Minister Trinidad Jiménez said
    Spain had asked the Cuban government to make a formal arraignment.

    Martínez, who is a manager for Mallorca-based hotel chain Marina Hotels,
    is receiving consular assistance from Spanish officials in the Condesa
    prison near Havana.

    Martínez' documentary on youth prostitution aired in 2008 in Spain's
    Telecinco. In it, he interviewed three students confessing they practice
